My background
As a believer in God, I am a proud U.S. citizen who was born and raised in a multicultural family. After completing my undergraduate studies in Spanish Language and Literature, I dedicated my academic career to the study of world religions and cultures. I earned a master’s degree in Religions and Cultures, followed by a doctoral degree in Theology from the University of Murcia in Spain, which let me to become a scholar and a college professor.
After working in academia for several years, I decided to change the direction of my career and wanted to use my linguistic and cultural expertise to serve as a cultural advisor for several U.S. government agencies.
I have always had a strong passion for politics and a deep desire to serve in Congress, continuing my commitment to the people of America, a nation that has given me countless opportunities, shaped who I am today, and supported my growth both personally and professionally. This is why I believe that I owe to this nation and I want to pay back as much as I can by working for my fellow Americans who deserve a better representation in the Congress.
I appreciate the Libertarian Party members who have endorsed me for the sacred duty of serving my country at the heart of our nation. I believe that the old bi-partizan system does not function anymore and that America needs the Libertarian Party more than any time before. The Republican and the Democratic Parties completely forgot about their duty to serve to the citizens of this country and instead focused solely on foreign nation’s priorities and billionaire interest groups. As a Libertarian candidate, I will fight for the best interest of the American people, and the AMERICAN PEOPLE ONLY! So, let’s break the cycle and restore a government that is accountable, transparent, and truly representative of the people it serves.

My top issues
1) Our Re-independence:
My first priority is our independence. You may ask what I mean by that. Unfortunately, our country is no longer truly sovereign. We are told that we are independent. That is not the reality.
Foreign countries, lobbies, billionaires, large corporations, and private interest groups have too much control over our political system. In every election we are promised what we want to hear. After the votes are counted, too many officials serve those who funded and pressured them, and the American people receive what is left.
How will I address this issue?
I will speak and vote against new rules and spending that do not serve the American people. I will introduce and fight for bills that return decisions to citizens here at home. That is the purpose of Re-Independence: limited government, individual liberty, and national sovereignty. I am running to serve Americans and America only.
2) Immigration:
This country still needs workers. It also has a real security and fairness problem. Millions of people entered without proper vetting. That creates humanitarian problems and risks for citizens. Attempting to remove tens of millions of people at once would be enormously expensive and would tear communities apart. Mass deportation is not a practical first answer.
How will I address this issue?
I will introduce the American Controlled Immigration, Workforce and Security Act (the 10-12 Act). Qualifying participants would register, pass background checks, work legally, and contribute toward border security and relief for citizens. After ten years of compliance, they could begin the regular immigration process without being required to leave the country. Those who refuse vetting or who are criminals would not receive that path. Secure the border, require legal work and contribution, and end a permanent second-class population. No more chaos and no more free rides.
3) Health Services:
We live in a powerful country, yet many people cannot afford basic care, and some rural communities are losing hospitals and clinics. Heavy federal regulation has made it harder to invest, compete, and keep care available. Veterans wait too long inside a system that already exists to serve them.
How will I address this issue?
I will introduce bills to reduce regulatory barriers that keep competition out of health care, so more providers can enter the market and prices can fall. And for our Veterans, I have already prepared the Veterans 28 Act. If the Department of Veterans Affairs cannot provide care within 28 days, the veteran should be able to obtain community care. Washington should make the programs it already runs work for patients in this district, including rural communities.
4) Data centers, power costs, and community consent
Large data-center and transmission projects are arriving faster than communities can respond. Families are worried about land, water, roads, and rising power bills. Jobs are real. So are the costs shifted onto ratepayers and neighbors who never consented.
How will I address this issue?
I prepared the Data Center Community Consent Act for this district. Directly affected property owners would receive transparent information and a meaningful consent vote before a project moves forward. Companies that create the new demand should pay for the generation and transmission built for them. Ordinary households should not subsidize industrial load. Siting belongs with local governments and landowners. Congress should not treat Virginia land as an easement.
5) Working farms and rural land
Family farms are under pressure from development values, estate taxes, and the cost of keeping lawful workers. When a farm is taxed as if it were a subdivision, the next generation is pushed to sell.
How will I address this issue?
I prepared the American Working Farms Act. Qualifying farms would be valued for estate tax as farms, not as development land. Real practices such as fallow, rotation, and drought recovery would still count as farming. The after-tax cost of legally authorized farm labor would fall, with the strongest help for small working farms. Owners would remain free to sell or develop their land. Only genuine agricultural operations would qualify—not tax shelters. No new federal farm inspector and no new subsidy program.
6) Taxation and the size of the Government:
The federal government keeps growing. Its costs force people to pay more every year. We are taxed on our wages, on groceries, on businesses, and when we file. The appetite in Washington does not shrink on its own.
How will I address this issue?
I will oppose bills that raise federal taxes. I will work to reduce federal spending and the size of federal departments. Tax policy should stop punishing work, farming, and hiring. That is also why I prepared the American Working Farms Act: to lower federal tax pressure on genuine working farms and lawful farm employment, without creating a new subsidy or inspection program.
