My Legislative Proposals

Real Solutions for the Immediate Needs of the American People

I am not running for Congress merely to criticize the current system. I am offering practical legislative proposals designed to address the urgent challenges facing our people, protect individual liberty, strengthen our national security, and ensure that our government serves the American people.

I created and developed the legislative proposals presented below. They are discussion drafts offered for public review and have not yet been introduced, approved, or enacted by Congress.

I invite the people of Virginia’s 7th Congressional District—and Americans across the country—to read my proposals, share their opinions, and help me improve the solutions I intend to bring to Congress.

Veterans 28 Act:  This proposal builds upon existing VA access standards by making them enforceable, preventing administrative clock resets, requiring earlier intervention, and expanding veterans’ practical treatment choices.

American Controlled Immigration, Workforce and Security Act / 10-12 Act:   Unlike other proposals, this Act creates a reciprocal agreement: qualifying participants must register, pass background checks, work legally, and contribute $12K toward border security and citizen-only tax relief. After ten years of compliance, participants begin the regular immigration process without having to leave the country—giving them a fair opportunity to become permanent members of American society rather than remaining a permanent second-class population.

Data Center Community Consent Act:  Unlike proposals that merely study data-center impacts or recommend community participation, this proposal creates a defined approval process in which directly affected property owners receive transparent information and a meaningful consent vote.
